Karen Farrell is a qualified breathwork and mindfulness coach dedicated to helping individuals harness the power of their breath to reduce stress, build resilience, and perform at their best. With a Bachelor of Music and a background as a trained singer, Karen experienced firsthand how breath control can transform both mindset and wellbeing.
Trained in the British Psychological Society-approved ‘Mindfulness Now’ course, she brings a practical, modern approach to mindfulness and breathwork. Her coaching is particularly transformative for women who want to overcome self-doubt, rewire their nervous systems, and take bold action towards their goals. Through breathwork, Karen helps her clients shift from stress to clarity, supporting both their personal success and overall wellbeing.
