With over a decade of experience, she has delivered impactful workshops and coaching programmes across various sectors, helping both individuals and teams navigate stress, improve communication, and build resilience.

With experience in leading psychological assessments, coaching, meditation sessions and more, Kate has empowered numerous organisations and professionals to achieve their goals by promoting mental health and improving organisational efficiency.
