All treatments are carried out by qualified professionals with expertise in musculoskeletal health, soft tissue massage therapy, and rehabilitation.

Massage Treatments
Holistic / Swedish Massage
A whole-body treatment that takes into account physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. Techniques and pressure are adapted to suit your needs, helping to relieve stress, reduce muscle tension, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

Sports / Remedial (Deep Tissue) Massage

Indian Head Massage
Focused on the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back, this massage is performed seated, without oil, and fully clothed if preferred.

Foot Massage
A relaxing treatment that uses pressure techniques on specific areas of the feet to release tension and support overall wellbeing.

- Provides targeted relief after standing or walking for long periods
- Supports relaxation and stress reduction


Cupping Therapy
Cupping involves placing air-suction cups on the skin to create a partial vacuum, increasing blood flow and stimulating metabolic activity. We use modern air cupping methods, allowing for controlled vacuum pressure and personalised treatment.
Important: Temporary superficial skin-bruising is common and may last up to 10 days.

Pregnancy / Post-Natal Massage
Available between 12–36 weeks of pregnancy and from 4–6 weeks postnatally (depending on birth type), these sessions relieve common pregnancy-related discomforts and promote relaxation.

- Supports circulation and lymphatic drainage
- Relieves anxiety and improves sleep

Lymphatic Drainage

Detox & Cellulite Reduction
A targeted massage that helps improve skin tone and address the appearance of cellulite. By improving circulation and lymph flow, this treatment supports detox and the regeneration of connective tissue.
Note:
- 60-minute session: focuses on front and back of thighs
- 90-minute session: includes the gluteal area
Pilates & Combined Sessions
One-to-One Pilates
Led by our massage therapist and Pilates instructor, Dorothy Kovacs, these sessions focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing overall physical function.
Pilates & Massage Combo
A 60-minute integrated session combining movement and massage:

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will an appointment last?
On your first visit, your massage therapist will take a brief medical history and discuss your symptoms. This usually takes around 5 minutes. Appointment durations range from 30 to 90 minutes, including time to change and consult. To get the most from your treatment, please arrive on time and get changed quickly
What should I wear?
Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes that are easy to remove. You may need to undress to your underwear depending on the treatment area. You’ll have full privacy to change in the treatment room, and fresh towels will be provided for your comfort. Your personal belongings will remain in the room with you throughout the session.
