An In-Person Lunchtime Talk from Thrive4Life

Hormonal changes can affect energy, mood, sleep, concentration, and our overall sense of wellbeing. With the demands of work, home, and everyday responsibilities, symptoms linked to menstruation, PMOS, endometriosis, perimenopause or menopause can often be overlooked, even when they are affecting daily life.

This Menopause Awareness Month, join Registered Nutritionist Lissa Leader for a practical lunchtime talk exploring how nutrition and everyday habits can help support women’s health, equilibrium, and resilience.

Lissa will share simple, realistic nutritional guidance on how to support energy levels, gut health, healthy oestrogen metabolism, and long-term bone and muscle strength. The session will also explore the role of vitamin D, protein, calcium and phytoestrogen-rich foods, as well as practical ways to reduce exposure to everyday hormone disruptors.

Whether you are navigating symptoms yourself, preparing for the future, or supporting someone else, this session will offer clear, science-led guidance to help you feel more informed and in control.

Talk duration: About 30 minutes + time for Q&A
