Whether you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, our clinic offers confidential, one-to-one support to help you understand your options and regain control of your health.
All consultations are led by Lexie Minter, an experienced Independent Nurse Prescriber and menopause specialist.

Your First Appointment
60-minute face-to-face consultation – £199
Your first appointment includes a detailed health history and in-depth discussion of your symptoms, goals, and treatment options. This session is designed to ensure you feel heard, supported, and informed.
Includes:
- Full symptom review and history
- Bespoke treatment plan
- Discussion of available options, including HRT and non-hormonal approaches
- Up to two follow-up email queries within two months
Please note: The cost of any prescribed medication is not included and will be charged separately by the pharmacy.
Follow-Up Consultation
30-minute face-to-face review – £125
Available to returning clients who have been seen within the past 12 months.
These sessions allow for:
- Ongoing review of symptoms and progress
- Discussion of any new or emerging concerns
- Updated treatment and management plans
- Prescription generation as part of the consultation
Follow-up appointment fees do not include medication or pathology tests
